Lap Swim
Lap Swim Hours:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6am-12pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 9am-12pm, 5pm-8pm
Sundays: 1pm-4pm

Visit our lap lanes any time during open hours. Selection of equipment including kick boards, hand paddles, pull buoys, noodles, and weights available.

Weight Room
Our weight room is available during all open hours. Our patrons are most in love with the minimal traffic the weight room offers, allowing you to complete your workout without waiting for a machine to become available or listening to someone else's music selection.


Aquasize
Our morning aqua size classes offer a fun, low-impact workout led by instructors to help strengthen muscles and maintain mobility. While everyone is welcome, most participants are women 65+. Beyond exercise, the classes foster community connections, with many patrons occasionally gathering for lunch afterward making it a great way to stay active and meet new people.

Hydro-Fitt
Hydro-Fitt is a high-intensity water aerobics class designed to challenge and energize participants. Building on movements from our morning sessions, Hydro-Fitt adds an extra push with a faster pace, greater travel distance across the pool, and no flotation belts for added resistance and engagement.
While the workout is dynamic and motivating, it remains accessible—every exercise can be modified to accommodate individual needs and fitness levels. Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and leave feeling stronger and accomplished.

Pickleball
You heard it right! Pickleball at the pool. Join us Sundays 10:30am-2:00pm to play Pickleball in the connecting gym. All experience levels are welcome as we offer equipment to borrow, and experienced players are eager to teach any newcomers. Try it for $5 your first time.
